When should I order a personalized tree?

Now! Or anytime before December 15. Last year, I sold out of certain embellishments so the earlier you order, the better chance you can get the embellishment you like.

Do you sell only on the website?

This year my sales will be 90% through online ordering because of the restrictions of doing business at fairs etc. Last fall I participated in 30+ fairs in California, Arizona and Nevada, but almost all have been cancelled. I was in Pottery Barn as a pop up shop last year and I’m hopeful our mall will be open so that I can participate again.

How soon will I receive my order?

I am committed to shipping your order within 2-3 days. I use Priority Mail flat rate from USPS.

Are the designs copywritten?

Yes. I have 19 designs which are exclusively for sale through my company. You can rest assured you are purchasing a truly unique and original item you won’t see for sale anywhere but here.

Do you do special orders?

Yes! This is the best part of my work......being creative! And creativity takes time so I add an additional fee to compensate for my time. It’s usually $15. Just shoot me an email.

Why are you shipping by dollars and not weight?

I am shipping by dollars because my trees are not light and I can get more than one tree in a box. I would rather a customer order multiple trees and pay a flat rate than order multiple trees and pay shipping per item. This was the most economical way to ship for my valued customers.

What sizes do the trees come in?

All of our trees come in two sizes, Small 11" Tall X 5 1/2" Wide  and Large 13 1/2" Tall X 7 1/4" Wide

How many embellishments can a tree hold?

Our small tree holds up to 8 embellishments nicely and our large tree holds up  to   18 .

Question 9

What are your trees made of?

Accepted Answer

All of our trees are made of 18 Guage Sheet Metal, allowing the magnetic embllishments to be place anywhere on the tree.

How to I order blank embellishments?

Accepted Answer

You are able to order blank embellishments by putting "BLANK" in the name.
